Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews for weekend shift candidates.
- Verify candidate references, employment history, and credentials thoroughly.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of temporary weekend staff.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment during weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly staffing placement goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
