Job Overview
In this role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and potential employees. You will manage the full cycle of recruitment for weekend-specific roles, ensuring our clients have the workforce they need while candidates find jobs that fit their schedules.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates specifically for weekend shift availability in the Cleveland area.
- Conducting initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess soft skills and availability.
- Coordinating the onboarding process, including background checks and drug screenings for weekend staff.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Building strong relationships with local Cleveland businesses to understand their weekend labor needs.
- Assisting with payroll administration and timekeeping for temporary weekend workers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources is highly preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
