Responsibilities
- Recruit and place qualified candidates into weekend shift positions across healthcare, logistics, and hospitality sectors
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skill assessments for weekend job applicants
- Build and maintain relationships with Denver-based client companies to understand weekend staffing needs
- Manage candidate databases and optimize recruitment pipelines for weekend shift roles
- Coordinate onboarding processes for placed candidates and ensure seamless client integration
- Track staffing metrics and provide weekly reports to senior management
- Attend weekend job fairs and recruitment events to expand talent network
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift specialization
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Denver's weekend workforce
- Strong knowledge of Colorado labor laws and weekend shift regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently on weekends
