- Conducting initial screenings and interviews for temporary placement candidates.
- Managing the intake process for new clients and staffing needs.
- Updating candidate databases and tracking applications in our CRM system.
- Coordinating logistics for weekend on-site assignments.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-energy environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.
