Responsibilities
- Monitor & Maintain: Oversee system performance and network stability during the weekend shift to ensure zero downtime.
- Troubleshoot: Resolve complex technical issues escalated by internal teams or external clients with speed and precision.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in our CRM and ticketing systems.
- Support: Provide tier-2 technical support and mentorship to weekend interns and junior staff.
- Collaboration: Participate in weekly stand-ups with the core team to align on goals and upcoming projects.
- Optimization: Identify process bottlenecks in weekend workflows and propose actionable improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, operations, or a related technical field.
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) for the duration of the contract.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python scripting, and major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of troubleshooting under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
