Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Resolve technical issues for employees, including laptop repairs, printer malfunctions, and application crashes.
- Ticket Management: Log, prioritize, and resolve incoming IT support tickets within established SLAs.
- Network Support: Monitor network connectivity and perform basic troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine updates, patch management, and backup verification on weekends.
- Security Compliance: Assist in enforcing IT security policies and ensuring all devices are compliant.
- User Assistance: Provide hands-on training and guidance to staff regarding new software and tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and troubleshooting common hardware peripherals.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues quickly.
