Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems and enterprise applications
- Resolve network connectivity issues and security vulnerabilities
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) environments
- Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during critical incidents
- Conduct system audits and compliance checks
- Maintain ticketing systems with detailed resolution records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Expertise in Active Directory, VPNs, and endpoint management
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Washington State driver's license (occasional on-site visits)
- Weekend availability is mandatory
