Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts via the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Perform regular backups, system updates, and security patching during off-hours.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software conflicts.
- Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
