Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 IT issues including OS troubleshooting, security protocols, and application support
- Document incident reports, system changes, and maintenance activities using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement weekend system updates and patches
- Monitor network performance and security systems during weekend operations
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Manage asset inventory and software licensing compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent customer service skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
