Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot connectivity problems to minimize downtime.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets with a focus on speed and customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates during the weekend window.
- Collaborate with the core IT team to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in help desk or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software applications.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
