Responsibilities
- Provide expert troubleshooting and support for hardware and software systems deployed in Phoenix and remote locations.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and updates for servers and network infrastructure during weekend hours.
- Monitor system alerts and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve potential downtime issues.
- Assist users with password resets, account management, and application configuration.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and changes in the IT service management system.
- Collaborate with the IT management team to implement weekend-only security patches and backups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Must be available to work a full weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and VPN configurations.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
