Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise software and hardware systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues including network connectivity, security protocols, and application errors
- Document all support tickets and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during critical weekend system outages
- Conduct periodic system health checks and proactive maintenance tasks
- Train end-users on new technology deployments and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
