Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot server infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security protocols
- Document all IT incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement weekend-specific IT projects
- Conduct regular system maintenance and security updates during off-peak hours
- Train staff on IT best practices and weekend operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and data protection standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical credentials
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Azure cloud services
- Strong diagnostic skills for resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical staff
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticket management systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site support
