Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Document incidents and maintain detailed service logs
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Perform system backups and security updates
- Support end-users via phone, email, and chat platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend/shift work
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for on-site visits
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
