Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for desktops, servers, and cloud services
- Monitor network security and implement access controls
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and system changes
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex issue escalation
- Perform weekend system maintenance and updates
- Train end-users on new technologies and protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS/Azure certification required
- Experience with Active Directory, VPN, and remote desktop solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
