Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems and network infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain server environments during weekend operational windows
- Resolve escalated ticket queues with 4-hour SLA response time
- Execute scheduled maintenance and patch deployments
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for critical incident resolution
- Support weekend user training sessions as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- Active CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and VPN technologies
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Government clearance eligibility (must pass background check)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
