Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and security protocols
- Document all IT incidents, resolutions, and system changes in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with on-call engineers to resolve complex infrastructure challenges
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and security updates during low-traffic periods
- Train clients on basic IT best practices and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent industry credential
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL processes
