Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and resolve IT tickets with priority focus on weekend operational needs
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and peripheral devices
- Document all IT activities, solutions, and system changes in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless IT service continuity
- Conduct regular system backups and security updates during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and cloud services
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and remote support tools
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
