Responsibilities
- Implement network security protocols and firewall configurations
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across cloud infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain virtualization environments (VMware/AWS)
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate with remote teams during system upgrades
- Manage user authentication and access control systems
- Perform weekend system health checks and maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Linux command-line
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- CCNA or equivalent network certification
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-6PM)
