Responsibilities
- Provide remote/on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Resolve user tickets via phone, email, and ticketing systems with SLA adherence
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Conduct system backups and security audits during weekend maintenance windows
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience (helpdesk/desktop support)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent industry certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and security issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekends
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
