Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, and network systems
- Monitor system health via APM tools and resolve incidents during weekend operational windows
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex system outages and security incidents
- Document ticket resolutions and update knowledge base articles for internal teams
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks including patch deployments and system backups
- Train junior staff on weekend-specific protocols and emergency response procedures
- Generate weekend performance reports highlighting system uptime and SLA metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and monitoring tools (Datadog/Splunk)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux environments and Active Directory
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Experience with ITIL framework and change management processes
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site hardware support
- Must be available Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM PST)
