Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and pre-screen technical candidates across engineering, data science, and product roles
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for weekend-shift positions including scheduling virtual interviews
- Leverage ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proven track record of placing software engineers, data scientists, or product managers
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and tech stacks
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities
- Proficiency with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
- BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
