Role Overview:
The Weekend Contract Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure and engineering systems. You will act as the first point of escalation for critical issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex engineering issues during weekend shifts.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, patch management, and security audits.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures in our knowledge base to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with the core support team via secure channels to ensure continuity of service.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Windows Server environments, and network troubleshooting.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Friday-Monday or Saturday-Sunday) for the duration of the contract.
