Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2/3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during weekend operations
- Execute scheduled system updates and security patches
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with core IT team for seamless cross-shift handovers
- Respond to critical outages with SLA-compliant urgency
- Support user access management and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or systems administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
