Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage ticket queues via ServiceNow and resolve critical outages within SLA
- Deploy and configure cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) for weekend system upgrades
- Conduct cybersecurity vulnerability scans and implement patch management
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with on-call engineers for complex incident resolution
- Support weekend system migrations and disaster recovery testing
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with weekend shift experience
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and ITIL processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network (Cisco/Juniper) and storage systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
