Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems during weekend operations
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Execute scheduled system updates and security patches during off-peak hours
- Document incident reports and create detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex system diagnostics
- Monitor system performance using advanced monitoring tools
- Conduct weekend hardware installations and configuration changes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Strong experience with Cisco networking and Palo Alto firewalls
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with 8-hour shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
