Responsibilities

- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend maintenance projects
- Perform system backups and data recovery operations
- Conduct user training for weekend staff on new technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend/shift work
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software issues
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
