Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site IT support for enterprise clients during weekend shifts
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Mac environments
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure including routers and firewalls
- Document technical processes and maintain asset inventory systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend deployment projects
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and access controls

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/Mac systems
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent network certification required
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM)
