Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates for diverse client positions across various industries
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and skill assessments
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
