Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical talent across 15+ programming languages
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 20+ concurrent technical roles
- Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Implement data-driven sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Lead candidate interviews and technical assessments
- Optimize recruitment funnel with 95% candidate retention rate
- Drive diversity initiatives in tech hiring pipelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise tech
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps
- Mastery of Boolean search and talent mapping techniques
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday ATS
- Strong technical understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- BA/BS in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
