Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage the full lifecycle of temporary and permanent placements, including onboarding and orientation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide regular status updates.
- Track time and attendance for temporary staff and ensure accurate payroll processing.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS software is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for occasional client site visits.
