Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent within the North Carolina market.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Manage payroll administration for temporary staff to guarantee weekly pay accuracy.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client workforce needs and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or administrative support is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
