Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates in temporary and direct-hire roles across various industries.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to actively recruit passive candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about salary trends and competitive landscapes in California.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly placement goals and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
