Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for various staffing positions using innovative recruiting strategies and ATS tools.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate data entry and candidate pipeline management.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, providing necessary details and preparation materials.
- Onboard new temporary and contract employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving hiring needs and workforce solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and industry trends to improve our staffing solutions.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
