Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines using Boolean sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in competitive markets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience in Washington DC metro
- Expertise in government contracting, IT staffing, or professional services
- Proven track record of meeting urgent hiring deadlines in high-volume environments
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, and other sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments with competing priorities
- Professional Recruiter (PRC) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Valid DC driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
