Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Track KPIs including placement rates, candidate satisfaction, and client retention
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience in a Texas market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Strong knowledge of Austin and Texas job markets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
