Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Conduct comprehensive phone interviews to assess candidate fit and salary requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule face-to-face interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with 100% accuracy.
- Build and nurture a robust network of passive and active job seekers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales and placement targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within San Diego County.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
