Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top-tier talent through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the placement process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Update candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly placement goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client relations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets.
