Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles
- Develop deep partnerships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems and social recruiting platforms to expand talent networks
- Analyze market trends to position candidates competitively
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven success in high-volume placements across multiple industries
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification a plus
