Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Present compelling candidate profiles and market insights to clients
- Exceed monthly placement KPIs while maintaining 95% client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 20+ placements annually
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field
