Responsibilities
- Sourcel, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent and contract positions across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and business objectives
- Utilize multiple recruitment channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic hiring recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong understanding of local Wichita job market dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
