Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants to ensure a perfect match for client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement targets in a high-volume environment.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales and recruitment targets.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for client visits.
