Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent for our client portfolio.
- Coordinating the placement process, including onboarding and orientation.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Updating candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assisting with administrative staffing operations and compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and a desire to help others succeed.
