Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for various open positions in IT, Engineering, and Administrative sectors.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs on multiple platforms and building talent pipelines.
- Conduct in-depth behavioral and technical interviews to ensure cultural and skill-set fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high retention rates.
- Process payroll documentation and ensure compliance with all local labor laws in California.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify hiring needs and develop staffing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
