Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various administrative, technical, and industrial roles.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking and social media engagement.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the placement process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Conduct salary negotiations and ensure competitive compensation packages are offered.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to payroll and staffing compliance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet weekly sales and placement targets.
