Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job order intake to offer letter and onboarding.
- Updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate databases.
- Collaborating with the placement team to ensure successful candidate onboarding.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to help candidates find their dream jobs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
