- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future requisitions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Ensure all compliance and documentation standards are met for temporary and contract placements.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in temporary and contract roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results and efficiency.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for client visits).
