Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in Houston
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using ATS platforms
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs
- Negotiate compensation packages and closing rates
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client relationships
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years recruitment/staffing experience required
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Strong knowledge of Houston's job market and industries
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates on LinkedIn and Indeed
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
