Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers and IT professionals across multiple industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for specialized roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record
- Expert knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) preferred
- Experience with contract-to-hire and direct placement models
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
