Responsibilities
- Screen and match qualified candidates to open positions across Las Vegas industries
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies
- Process daily payroll for temporary staff with same-day payment processing
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and documentation
- Build relationships with local businesses to expand staffing opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
- Track staffing metrics and report on recruitment effectiveness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing, recruitment, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
